England U21 Racism Case Ends Friday

England U21's racism victims Tom Ince and Steven Caulker will be the subject of an UEFA appeal hearing on Friday as European football's governing body decide if the pair will face punishment for their reactions to being racially abused during a match in Serbia in October.

Ince was banned for 1 game and Caulker for 2 games for their actions in the mass brawl after the qualifying match in Serbia, but appealed on the grounds of it being an understandable reaction for the horrendous abuse they suffered both during and after the game.

Both players will attend the hearing in Switzerland along with manager Stuart Pearce.

The panel are also deliberating as to whether or not they should increase the punishment they initially handed to the Serbian FA, with the £65,000 fine handed to them in the immediate aftermath of the match deemed by most as too lenient.
